What an honour to be invited to contribute in the Computer Aid International event today in the State Room of 10 Downing Street. Computer Aid, which celebrates its 25th anniversary this year, has provided over 300,000 devices in over 100 countries and AMECA’s scholarship healthcare students in Malawi are the beneficiaries of their wonderful and affordable refurbished laptop computers. Today’s event explored the deepening divide this exists for those who do not have access to computer technology, for so many reasons. Our thanks to Computer Aid’s Chair, Dominic McVey and to Computer Aid for a wonderful event and our heartfelt congratulations on their 25th Anniversary. It is a pleasure to be working with you.
